About
Trey (Owner/Operator) of The Pond Doctors, has been working with equipment since middle school. Having learned how to run tractors and skid steers from his father, Trey started working with a local excavation company when he was in high school. That opportunity opened his eyes to the world of heavy equipment and also provided him with a lifelong mentor, in his boss Tom.

Trey went to college at UCM and after graduating in 2012 with a degree in Construction Management he worked with a couple general contractors, including JE Dunn as an estimator. While working on his own property and restoring the lake it has, Trey began learning more about fish management, utilizing a lifelong friend he has who worked for MDC, as well as other great resources like hatcheries.

Trey took the leap into his own business in 2021 and hasn't looked back. He has enjoyed working his equipment to improve the quality of his customers' ponds.

Outside of work, Trey enjoys tinkering and inventing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their 4 dogs and playing video games with his nephew. Trey is an enthusiastic learner, frequently spending hours with his mentor Tom and watching educational videos on topics he is passionate about.
